All deliveries of orders within the UK carry no postage or packaging charges. Order a hat from icehead.co.uk and only pay the price of the hat, regardless of order quantities.

All orders will be dispatched the next working day dependent on stock levels. If there is a delay with the supply of your hat, we will notify you immediately. In these circumstances, please expect a delivery time of 21 days to your delivery address.

Each hat is packaged and posted 2nd class Royal Mail in a sturdy padded envelope.

You will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not reached you within 3 working days, please contact sales@icehead.co.uk, quoting your order number.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received from icehead.co.uk, or the your order has been damaged in transit to you, please contact us immediately at sales@icehead.co.uk.
